What data I process

Through the contact form I collect only the following data:

the name you enter,
your email address so I can reply,
the service you select, if any,
the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

I process your data only to reply to your message, handle your enquiry and possibly start working together. The legal basis is not consent, but:

steps taken prior to entering into a contract, if you contact me about my services,
my legitimate interest in smooth business and general communication with website visitors.

Retention period

I keep data from the form for at most 24 months after our last communication. If we start working together, retention follows statutory obligations (for example tax records).

Third-party processors

I use these services to run the website. All of them process data on servers in the European Union:

Resend (data centre in Ireland): delivering the form message to my email,
Vercel (data centre in Frankfurt): website hosting and anonymised analytics,
Neon (data centre in Frankfurt): secure storage of form messages.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no marketing or tracking cookies. If you consent, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are activated to measure traffic and performance. These tools do not collect data that could identify you. Your choice is stored only in your browser and you can change it any time via the Cookies link in the footer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right:

of access: to know what data I process about you,
to rectification of inaccurate data,
to erasure, unless another legal obligation prevents it,
to restriction of processing and data portability,
to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
