# Before you get in touch

The questions clients ask me most often. If yours is missing, write to me and I will add it.

## Money and billing

### How does payment work?

Usually 50% before we start and 50% at launch or handover. For smaller jobs I invoice monthly for the work done.

### Do you work for a fixed price or an hourly rate?

Self-contained projects (website, UX audit, redesign) have a fixed price you know upfront. Maintenance and small changes are billed at CZK 1,500 per hour or a flat monthly fee.

### Can we try working together first?

Yes. A small, clearly defined task, such as an audit of one flow or a redesign of one screen. You test my speed and communication for a fraction of the price.

## Process and timelines

### How long does a website take?

A smaller presentation site takes about a month from the first call to launch. A SaaS or a B2B platform redesign takes several months. The agreed deadline holds unless the scope changes.

### What should I prepare?

Your goal and a rough idea. Copy, key metrics and examples of websites you like or dislike help. If you have none of that, we start with a short workshop.

### What if I do not like the design?

You approve the structure in wireframes before anything gets coloured. Websites include two feedback rounds.

## Technology and rights

### Who owns the code and the design?

You do. Once paid, you get the Figma files, exports and source code. No dependence on me.

### Can you arrange the domain and hosting?

Yes. We register the domain and hosting in your name so you stay in control. Partner studio Aestio handles the technical side.

## Services

### What is a UX audit?

A review of an existing product: where and why users leave. You get a list of the ten changes with the biggest impact, not two hundred details.

### What do I get with a visual identity?

The logo in all variants, a manual with rules, colours for web and print, typefaces and, on request, templates.
